David Forman

David Forman manages and edits all online content for Small Times, and he also continues to write for SmallTimes.com and Small Times Magazine, where he tracks the micro and nanotech startup community, venture capital markets, and public finance markets. He manages Small Times Media's partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers to analyze the MoneyTree survey on a quarterly basis, and publishes regular reports on venture capital funding figures and trends in micro and nanotechnology. He has been cited by Fortune, Business Week, The San Jose Mercury News, Investor's Business Daily, and other leading publications.

Prior to joining Small Times Media in 2002, Forman was a New York-based business and technology journalist. He was published by Forbes, TheStreet.com, Outside, and other publications, and was a weekly business technology columnist for ABCNews.com. Before focusing on media, Forman was an IT consultant.

Forman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Haverford College.
